Gadgetbridge 0.95.0 and 0.95.1: New devices, a refreshed design and Wi-Fi transfers¶
This release adds support for 15 new and 8 experimental devices. The charts, workout details and device list also get a refreshed design.
Zepp OS devices can now sync music, maps and voice memos to Gadgetbridge over Wi-Fi (no Internet access), and navigation instructions are available on more devices.
There are also many improvements to workouts and Health Connect, and fixes across many of the supported devices.

Refreshed Design¶
The charts, workout details, and device list have a refreshed design. There were also multiple design consistency fixes across the app.
Dashboard and Charts¶
The dashboard has new widgets for basal metabolic rate, body fat, body water, muscle mass, heart rate and hydration. The calendar loads faster, and displays the days progressively. Sleep is now rounded across multiple devices.
The heart rate charts can now display an overlay with the heart rate zones. Multiple charts got small tweaks and fixes.
Workouts¶
You can now edit the activity type of a workout. You can also batch export multiple workouts at the same time, as FIT files or as a zip file. The FIT exports have also seen multiple fixes.
Garmin¶
Custom workout templates can now be created and uploaded to the watch. Hydration is synced and can be controlled from Gadgetbridge, with charts. New generic metrics are available for daily ascent, daily descent and dive readiness.
Activity fetch stability was improved, and should now work on some older devices such as the Edge 520 Plus.
Weather with fake OAuth has been fixed for some recent firmware versions. Support for app web requests sent through the Internet Helper has been improved.
Zepp OS¶
Zepp OS devices can now use Wi-Fi for large transfers, by using the Internet Helper. You can upload music, maps, and download voice memos. Communication happens between Gadgetbridge and the watch Wi-Fi hotspot - the watch does not get access to the Internet.
Zepp OS devices also get navigation instructions, weather fixes on recent firmwares, and custom workout templates. The cumulative distance of workouts is also now displayed.
Xiaomi¶
Xiaomi-protobuf devices get navigation instructions. The body energy, VO₂ max and training load charts are now enabled. The parsing of workouts, activity details and sleep stages is improved, and the connection is more reliable when packets are lost.
Gadgetbridge no longer sends duplicate weather locations, and the watchface compatibility check is improved.
Huawei¶
Workouts without GPS can now be exported as FIT files, and the workout metrics are merged into the exported FIT and GPX files. Altitude is now included in the exported tracks and Health Connect.
Wheelchair mode can now be enabled on supported devices..
Huawei FreeBuds can now find each earbud separately.
Navigation¶
Navigation instructions can now be sent as notifications to devices that do not have native navigation support.
Health Connect¶
Health Connect now syncs blood pressure and displays the workouts that failed to sync. There were also multiple fixes for cadence, distance, and single sample exports.
Sleep as Android¶
The Sleep as Android integration is now more stable and has better support for Xiaomi-protobuf devices. An issue where the alarm for Zepp OS and Huami devices would trigger in the wrong day has been fixed.
Headphones¶
Quick settings are now available for Anker, Oppo, Realme, Redmi Buds.
Oppo / Realme headphones get multipoint support.
Alarms¶
The alarms page has seen some small usability improvements, and it is now possible to delete alarms.

Get It Now¶
You can get the latest release from F-Droid, IzzyOnDroid and on our releases page.
If you install Gadgetbridge directly from our releases page you will need to track updates manually! To be sure that you're running an updated version we recommend the use of an app repository like F-Droid or IzzyOnDroid. Another alternative is to use Obtainium to download and update directly from Codeberg.
